I haven't blogged in a while-- but I'm back!
Getting in the rhythm of the blog takes discipline and as you can see I'm still trying to master the
weight discipline thing so I'm working on it....forgive me! Good news! Got a little inspired on shaking it up a bit and ordered Chalean Extreme yesterday, fiance doesn't know yet, but he'll find out when he has to watch the puppy when Mama's working out! Why Chalean? Well I got tired of trying to run in the rain, even though I love running. After I got sick and fell off the wagon again I gained like 15 pounds in 2 weeks, seriously!! My body needs a bit of a shock kick in the ass! That's putting it lightly. And relying on the weather not sucking lately isn't working. I need to eliminate excuses as best I can! So it'll arrive in 5-7 business days and then the blogging will certainly begin with updated pictures of my hopeful body transformation and body fat stats. I ran/walked 3 miles with my puppy, her name is Coco Chanel and she is 4 months old, she kicked my butt! So that's another reason to kick this into gear! Whoo hooo!!

Back on the Wagon!
I'm on track today even though I'm still sick! I didn't get up and clean immediately like I wanted to..instead I slept because I was TIRED! This is a huge win for me. Because I usually would eat my way through any task that needed completing so the fact that I rested is HUGE progress...by the way did I mention I'm a work-a-holic, I never stop going, going, going and I never sit down.
This is what I ate today:
Total points allowed: 25
Breakfast (made by the fiance)
2 heart shaped whole wheat pancakes--- 3 pts
1 egg, 2 whites scrambled--- 2.5 pts
with 1 serving of sliced turkey--- 1pt
1/4 skim milk--- 0.5 pts
Breakfast points total: 7 pts
Lunch (made by me)
Large Salad:
mixed greens--- 0 pts
blackberries--- 0 pts
sunflower seeds--- 1pt
kidney beans--- 1pt
1 tbsp olive oil--- 3 pts
2 tbsp tangerine balsamic dressing--- 1.5 pts
1/3 serving mango kombucha--- 0.5 pts
Lunch total points: 7 points
We went grocery shopping which is always motivating! Getting that healthy stuff in the cart gets me going in the right direction. Then we took my puppy to the dog park, in the rain!
I got home had the munchies...
1/2 cup almond milk--- 1pt
1 weight watchers bar--- 2 pts
Snack total points: 3points
Then I cleaned the house and put the food away!
Housework is considered working out to me so... GO ME!
Then my honey made dinner!
Chicken fajitas on sprouted grain tortillas!
Extra fixings:
Light sour cream
Salsa
Avocado
Lettuce
Chives
Shredded cheese
I had three of these fajitas with toppings in proportion!
That used up the last of my 8 points.
I did great today, I stayed on track and counted my points.
After dinner I did my homework and now it's bedtime!
I need to remember that just getting it done is way easier than resisting!

Back On Track!
I am starting this blog with an age old saying, "Clean up your house, clean up your LIFE!" or something like that. This has always been true for me. Messy house/car/closet, messy life! Since I've been sick the housework has been slacking so it's time to clean up! We just washed the puppy, she's clean, now it's time for me to do the same!
I plan to clean the house, and get some homework done! I'll start back on my workout routine tomorrow, forgiving myself for overeating while I was sick. I'm on Weight Watchers so today I need to count points and track what I eat, that is my goal everyday really. But as a said, today is a new day!
