I'm on track today even though I'm still sick! I didn't get up and clean immediately like I wanted to..instead I slept because I was TIRED! This is a huge win for me. Because I usually would eat my way through any task that needed completing so the fact that I rested is HUGE progress...by the way did I mention I'm a work-a-holic, I never stop going, going, going and I never sit down.
This is what I ate today:

Breakfast (made by the fiance)
2 heart shaped whole wheat pancakes--- 3 pts
1 egg, 2 whites scrambled--- 2.5 pts
with 1 serving of sliced turkey--- 1pt
1/4 skim milk--- 0.5 pts
Breakfast points total: 7 pts
Lunch (made by me)
Large Salad:
mixed greens--- 0 pts
blackberries--- 0 pts
sunflower seeds--- 1pt
kidney beans--- 1pt
1 tbsp olive oil--- 3 pts
2 tbsp tangerine balsamic dressing--- 1.5 pts
1/3 serving mango kombucha--- 0.5 pts
Lunch total points: 7 points
We went grocery shopping which is always motivating! Getting that healthy stuff in the cart gets me going in the right direction. Then we took my puppy to the dog park, in the rain!
I got home had the munchies...
1/2 cup almond milk--- 1pt
1 weight watchers bar--- 2 pts
Snack total points: 3points
Then I cleaned the house and put the food away!
Housework is considered working out to me so... GO ME!
Then my honey made dinner!
Chicken fajitas on sprouted grain tortillas!
Extra fixings:
Light sour cream
Salsa
Avocado
Lettuce
Chives
Shredded cheese
I had three of these fajitas with toppings in proportion!
That used up the last of my 8 points.
I did great today, I stayed on track and counted my points.
After dinner I did my homework and now it's bedtime!
I need to remember that just getting it done is way easier than resisting!
